FIX: When EMM was set to accumulate packets, it failed to instantly send ALM/REST messages upon event occurrence. Instead it waited until accumulation was complete.

..63b is backwards compatible with all EMM3 versions.

HW EMM3 v:5.1 has now Sensirion SHT45 ±1.0% RH/±0.1°C Digital humidity and temperature sensor on PCB and this FW adds support for it.

Discovered new crazy problems introduced by QL's GL320MG device.
Fresh EMM FW 3.55.57 (currently in testing) should be able to overcome these.
If ESL300W or older QL device is used then no need to upgrade EMM.
