@Irish_Ferries (2 of 2) got to quay where we were refused access despite green lights at bottom of ramp. 2 hour wait for next sailing.Going out 09/07 0930 delayed to 1100, but left after 1200, being used to "mop up" missed traffic ? then left as last vehicles boarded DONT YOU WANT COACH TRAFFIC

@Irish_Ferries (1 of 2) 15/07 CAL-DOV got to the terminal with hour+ to sailing time, 15 minutes queueing to booth to be told we couldn't check in there but had to go to your office. There met with suprise as to why we were there. After a deal of confusion, returned to passports, got to quay
