Here you can see the pipework installed in a newly created manifold chamber which will allow pipe work to be easily switched back to the tank once the Lifeliner process is completed.

Time for a test! We have fully trained tank testers situated all over the UK using state of the art vacuum and pressure testing methods (dependent on most appropriate) utilising hydrophones and highly accurate compound digital gauges. #keepingyourfuelflowing

Our 2 man civils teams work by each travelling in their own vans after collecting equipment. One transporting hand tools, the other transporting a compressor, generator, pneumatic breakers and even cement mixers meaning next to no tool hire is required.

We made the decision to roll out the new G7 Blackline gas monitors to all our field engineers over a year ago now, the most impressive feature is the remote monitoring. Our system will alert us immediately when a gas monitor goes into any type of alarm

Probably the most under appreciated part of a tank lining job is the installation of class 1 leak detectors & waiting for the leak detector to confirm everything is holding vacuum, it’s a mini celebration to all involved in the project!

We use 'Power rollers' where resin is pumped from above ground into the roller. We use light cure technology so the resin doesn't start curing until we have finished a section and moved the UV lights into position
