Unable to speak to a person on the phone. Their “chat bot “ is unable to answer my question & unable to get through to a human as they want me to speak to the “chat bot”. Going around in circles. What a messed up organisation

@Dyson had the most horrible call with Frando in@dyson support. He just hung up on me. Vacuum cleaner 2.5 years old and the battery is gone. That is not normal. Faulty machine. Dyson does not agree. Looks like I need to go to the competition to get a vacuum that works.

@waitrose need to check how customer cancellations are done. I should have received a £144.27 refund for order cancelled plus £10 voucher not used. Instead got £138.32 back on my debit card and a £16.00 gift voucher. Staff didn’t understand the process. @KPMG review at audit

Listening to #Sonos on our new #swishfibre and the connection keeps dropping and reconnecting, really spoils listening to music. Never had this with our old slower broadband!!

@sainsburys bought your porridge & found what looks like a face mask in it. All moulded. I had decanted half into a sealed container which we have eaten and when putting the rest in this was revealed. Worried for our health. No call 24 hrs after reporting. #porridge #poison

@Outfoxthemarket have called again same problem 15mins waiting & cut me off apologising that they are busy. Why? On “live chat” started at position 84 now 20 mins later position 63. Will I ever get through. Important as they have my details on the National register wrong.
