Frankly, this is insulting. The very real symptoms of menopause cannot be improved by CBT. The ability to come to terms with menopause or endure the symptoms perhaps (I’m not particularly convinced). What is it about denying women access to things that actual help, like HRT? 🤷🏼‍♀️

I had this video on all night. I was slightly losing the will to live after a while but it helped beyond belief. My dog stopped shaking, her heart rate dropped back down to normal, and she could sleep.

Anyone with anxious pets with fireworks, I highly suggest playing Taiko drum music. I was recommended this last year when my nervous rescue dog was really struggling with the noise and I was getting desperate. It was the only thing that helped! #GuyFawkes #fireworks
