I also think they will be smarter and set a bulk buy discount. PE is already doing it, so pricing can be determined quickly
The first half of the 2020s were a natural experiment in housing policy. In response to a run up in prices, major cities either (a) built a ton of housing or (b) adopted more IZ/RC/etc. The former are mostly out of the crisis, while the latter are still in the thick of it.
