Greatness is consistency.
Meditating once is common. Meditating daily is rare.
Exercising today is simple. Training every week is simply remarkable.
Writing one essay doesn’t mean much. Writing every day practically makes you a hero.
Unheroic days can make for heroic decades.
Everyone thinks of wrestling and the losing weight part of it. To be honest, I think gaining weight is tougher than losing weight..Or am I just talking crazy???
I read the criteria @Stanford “leadership” used for what sports they dropped. Often weak leaders have a desired conclusion and then seek the evidence that supports their preconceived idea. Real leaders seek the truth, then come to a conclusion. Sport began in 1891,Time to fight.
If we can't agree on the following propositions, then our country cannot survive:
1. Placing your knee on someone's neck for 9 minutes as they say they cannot breathe is evil;
2. Rioting and looting and beating innocents are evil;
3. Nearly all Americans agree with (1) and (2).
I am literally speechless with anger at the #GeorgeFloyd killing. This is the kind of senseless brutality that undermines black Americans’ faith in the system. Hell, it undermines mine!
Listen to this rubbish. We are supposed to wear masks not for any genuine protection but to “signify” strength and to demonstrate we “actually care.” In short, it’s a big useless exercise in virtue signaling
Happy World Wrestling Day, wrestling fans. #ThisIsWrestling

“Wrestlers have the ability to push through discomfort and have a drive to win that very few sports can match.” - @Joerogan
"There are 3 primary drivers of results in life:
1) Your luck (randomness).
2) Your strategy (choices).
3) Your actions (habits).
2 of the 3 are under your control. But if you master those 2, you improve the odds that luck will work for you, not against you."
