@thdxr here's a video for you to demonstrate. i know you dont use any of this stuff but hoping your team can diagnose! cursor v1.3.2 and vscode 1.102.2. same extensions in both, (eslint, prettier, errorlens, remote stuff) nothing that touches the terminal though

@thdxr hey dax really sorry for the late reply!! i just updated to 0.3.77 and tried in my vscode. it doesn't automatically install an extension and it does *not* have the issue. issue still persists in cursor even with the extension disabled now. other cli tools (gemini, claude) work
