@nectar what’s the point of the spending lock in your Nectar app. It doesn’t work. I had points stolen last year so would use it if it actually functioned! It says to call the Nectar helpline which is another nightmare now it’s been offshored. Sort your act out, please!
@V_and_A Once again the usual con from the V&A Museum trying to get exhibition tickets. Joined queue as soon as it opened only to get pushed out when my turn came 1.5 hours after joining the queue. Using multiple devises and still no joy. They just want you to buy membership!
@nectar@sainsburys@Tesco So, still no solution from Nectar re. Our stolen nectar points despite multiple attempts to make meaningful contact. Shopped at Tesco this week as at least could use my Club Card! @nectar no more ineffective dms please. Just sort it out!
@nectar No need for another message! We have phoned Nectar three times and have a case ref. no. already + sent in a complaint. You have all the info so you just need to do something with it!
@nectar@sainsburys yesterday my husband posted on X stating how our Nectar points had been stolen by a third party and Nectar are making no attempt to refund us. We received a DM and were told to make a complaint. Did this but no auto acknowledgement even!
@sainsburys Redhill store not accepting chip and PIN. We were also told no Nectar prices available and we would have to pay full price for everything in cash. BBC website says otherwise. Please make sure your stores are giving the correct, consistent information.
