Cat Walker is proof enough that he's capable of it. That's probably also why he realized Aglaé wasn't real (aside from the important details like the super strength and the suit changing from one form to another), because he already knew it was possible to create an entirely new identity, which isn't the same as just changing certain details of the suit

And at some point, Chat Noir manages to trick Chrysalis using her own shapeshifting trick.....
