During my warranty replacement process, your service representative demanded ₹5,000 to arrange my replacement refrigerator and also told me not to inform the service centre or report it to anyone.
I have the call recording of this conversation. I request Whirlpool to immediately investigate this matter, identify the person involved, and take strict action. No customer should be asked to pay extra for a warranty replacement that has already been approved.

Replying with “our team will connect shortly” is not a solution. Days have passed, my refrigerator is still not cooling, my food has spoiled, and I’m suffering financial loss.
If my issue has truly been marked as a priority, then why is there still no replacement or concrete update?
This continued delay is unacceptable. If this is not resolved immediately, I will proceed with a Consumer Commission complaint and seek compensation for the losses caused due to the delay.

Your own technician clearly stated that if cooling did not resume within 24 hours, the refrigerator would be replaced. More than 24 hours have passed, the product is still defective, my food has spoiled, and I am suffering financial loss. I am doing everything possible from my side, but your team has stopped responding.
Whom else should I tag to get a response? A warranty means nothing if customers are forced to keep chasing the company every day without any resolution.
