@Georgeatasda On hold to customer service for 45 mins with no answer - returned online order to Bexleyheath store 12 days ago and only some items recognised as returned in my account but 10 items not processed. Please help! Order number: 133013807

@Georgeatasda if I return part of my online order now, can I still return other items at a later date as per 100 day guarantee? Or does the online return policy only allow me to return once? Unsure of some items and want longer to decide but need a refund processing for some now

@SkyHelpTeam Why can't I download recent episodes (Celebs Go Dating) on E4 catch up? Same for most Channel 4 but not an issue for ITV etc. It is all free content so I am very confused?
