@amazon deciding in January not to offer 2 day shipping to anyone in my area but still charging us that membership fee. Hard to believe out of thousands of people in the only one complaining about the issue. Customer service is terrible and insulting (1)

one manager fixes the issue, but it gets changed back that night. No one seems to have their story right. Now I’m being told I need to call all the warehouses in 6 hours and find out why they aren’t delivering to me anymore? Do I get paid? (2)
