@REALISTIK_YT @Inkslasher And in terms of "Is he a bad guy that purposefully tried to screw a small creator?" - yes. He stole my video & used it to create a competing video a month after my video was uploaded. The only person screwing anyone over is him and no part of it was a mistake.

@REALISTIK_YT @Inkslasher Before filing a lawsuit I had a copyright lawyer write to Inkslasher 4 times asking him to retrack the false counter notification and acknowledge in writing that he had taken my content and would not do it again. He refused. The lawsuit was his choice.
