The concept of the first part inside of the tower of #Evenorn is done. We did a mockup draft in #affinitydesigner first in order to concentrate on the level design before heading off to @unity3d

The chain dashing system in #Evenorn can be used in different ways. Either you dash long distances, or you use them to dash back and forth in order to stay airborne or you change directions midway

The first boss in #Evenorn is Maok, the forest guardian who keeps intruders away from the tower. You have to dodge and jump on the falling leaves in order to attack its head with a chain dash

So we decided to go a more "chibi" way.
Although it maybe looks childish in the first place, it delivers enough seriousness and fits very well, for the overall experience.
