Quite a depressing weekend for park professionals - we kept the Parks open because they are important for everyone’s physical and mental health, and general wellbeing. We didn’t expect any reward but the litter, fights and fires we experienced are far less than we deserved 🙁

I've just performed surgery on an elephant. It's not the neatest of scars but he sings again (so my 2yo will sleep again). I dare say @chesterzoo don't need my veterinary skills, but they do need the money so I am donating what I would have spent on a replacement to them
