Gordon has a long history with the British Red Cross — starting as a dedicated volunteer and now a passionate staff member, teaching first aid and other life‑saving skills.

This World Red Cross and Red Crescent Day, Gordon is taking on a brand‑new challenge: teaching himself guitar to perform live in the heart of Sunderland!
From Country Roads to Wonderwall, he’ll be bringing the classics to Market Square, all while raising vital funds to help support people in crisis ❤️
