@AmazonHelp You missed my delivery date Saturday and said tomorrow and that I could cancel if not. Now you moved it to Thursday and said I can cancel if not. Where is the accountability for this?
Every time I use “Amazon Day” delivery, it’s not delivered on the day. Done with it. @AmazonHelp@amazon when it could have come the next day, no justification for it to come three days after promised date. No more of this “day” garbage.
I was a @Verizon customer for a long time. Their lack of customer care, the rudeness of @VerizonSupport is shocking. If you haven’t already go to @TMobile for wireless and use one of the 100s of other options for TV.
Can’t overstate how terrible @Verizon is. Nastygrams to return box in less than a week, have 30 days. Over hour to return box. Only one location to do so within a half hour of me. All bc they axed @masnOrioles with no notice and then @VerizonSupport rude about it. Never again.
Felt good to cancel @Verizon cable. Eliminated channels with no notice yesterday and were rude about it, wasting a lot of my time. There’s so many options now it’s fascinating to me they don’t try at all. Bailed on V wireless years ago & will never go back, should’ve known.
Wasted so much time with @VerizonSupport. First told I was subscribed to missing channels and they had to repair my cable and then 40 minutes later told they arbitrarily had removed channels with no notice. Very rude to 12 year customer, cancelling today. Lots of choices now.
