@MamieWhiteesq@LatinosPorPratt@spencerpratt This should win the award for the Best Spencer Pratt Jingle / Video / Diddy in the Drama-Comedy category and the Best Writing category.
@LatinosPorPratt@spencerpratt Saca La Basura lit a creative fire! It’s been absolutely amazing to see so many members of the creative community donate their time and talent to support Spencer Pratt. It’s also been so much fun!
Thank you for inspiring me. Here are mine.

Permanent Daylight Saving Time is worse than clock switching! Dr Karin Johnson speaks with Andy Mac on “LiveNOW from Fox” about the need for permanent Standard Time. https://t.co/8Ee8tm2VAY
Daylight Saving Time is Orwellian. It doesn’t create more daylight. It forces Americans to wake earlier than Standard Time. Tell Congress to reject the Sunshine Protection Act and make Standard Time permanent for health, safety, and natural sleep. https://t.co/dO5ticlB4z

---
I was born in 1970 in Sacramento. My family moved to the Ozarks when I was 7-ish, but by the '80s, we longed for California again, so we headed for Van Nuys.
I can't tell you how glorious it was being a GenX girl in the Valley — and I'm talking THE Valley. THE Galleria. Los Angeles was magic back in the day. The Rasta guy in Venice Beach rollerskating past sun-kissed gods pumping iron on the sparkling sand. Shopping on Melrose for the funkiest, most fabulous expressions of You. Tower of Records on the Sunset Strip.
There was just nowhere else like it in the world.
On the day Live Aid ended — because I wasn't going *anywhere* until Live Aid ended — we moved to Orange County. I went to high school in Dana Point. Laguna Beach was an art community, where the chic shopped and the free-spirited lunched at the Hari Krishna temple.
Orange County was an unapologetically conservative place, which made it a *safe* place for me to do all the stupid things high school kids did in those days.
For college, I turned down Berkley, because UCLA was my dream. I was so incredibly proud to be a Bruin. As an English Lit major, I was surrounded by creative, optimistic, brilliant students and professors who made us all better.
After graduating, I spent years in Vegas and Lake Havasu, but I couldn't stay away.
Now, at nearly 56, I am blessed to live in the Sierra Nevada foothills, in a tiny logging town called Wilseyville, in a duplex my now 85 year old father built with his own two hands on two acres of breathtaking land. My Papa is neighbor, my quirky community is filled with like-minded people, and deer munch wild blackberries out my front window. It is my definition of paradise, and I never want to move.
I am, on a cellular level, a California girl.
And now, even here among the towering pines, I miss the California of my youth.
Let's face it: California won't be a fit place for anyone to live if we don't immediately change course.
I genuinely believe Steve Hilton is our last chance to do that. We won't survive Becerra OR Steyer, and I think most Californians of both parties know that.
Steve is the only shot we've got.
Which is why I'm begging Chad Bianco to put the very survival of all that once made California the envy of the world ahead of his run for governor.
We Californians literally can't afford to miss this opportunity, Chad. Be the hero we need you to be.
Withdraw from the race.
