I had not expected Colive to charge money for anything and everything.. first you increase rent by 20% within 3 months of my stay even after having a 11 month rental agreement, on the pretext that demand has increased in market. @Lets_Colive
@Lets_Colive Pest control charges, pillow, pillow cover, bedsheet charges are all not agreeable.
I will further not connect over any service tickets.
I will pursue this on the respective forum going ahead.

@Lets_Colive The total of the charges is INR 3162
but my deducted amount is INR 6576.
Also I had prepaid my separation charges at the time of check in, upfront which was INR 2250 (50% discount on INR 4500 on upfront payment of the charges)
