The CLARITY Act isn't dead, just delayed. The Senate officially left it off today's agenda. Focus is on government funding and nominations. If leadership files cloture Wednesday, the earliest vote is Friday..,tight window before recess. Worst case? September. Not a disaster.

So? Short term, we're still in a range. $1.00 is the floor that needs to hold. Long term, Ripple's infrastructure moves lay the groundwork for adoption ... but the price won't move until the macro picture and regulatory clarity align.

My technical analysis, $1.08 is the 20 day EMA resistance that XRP keeps failing to break . Below that, $1.06 is the support that's been tested repeatedly. Some analysts are watching a wedge pattern that's getting tighter ... a breakout could come this week if volume picks up📉
