@niceinseattle Hi @niceinseattle, this is a rumor. Each of our retail thrift stores process over 100,000 items daily. If an item does not sell after 1 month, it's shipped to one of our 2 outlet locations for one last chance before being recycled. New items are always arriving at our outlets.
