HI @TEAMYOUTUBE, YOU ARE SETTING MY VIDEOS TO "FOR KIDS"
I SWEAR A LOT.
I REPEAT.
I SWEAR CONSTANTLY.
Please do NOT make my channel's videos set to "for kids" I always pick the "Not For Kids" option.
WHY do you automatically undo this judgment call!?

@YouTubeLiaison@shelby_young@TeamYouTube This title was set to “made for kids” in what universe could this be made for children. The system is inherently broken
If a creator is telling you their content isn't made for kids, why are you pushing for it to be? There's no harm in kids content being seen by adults, but the other way around *CAN* be harmful. Luckily, my content is family friendly but this system seems backwards @TeamYouTube
Hey @TeamYouTube, my last video got flagged as "made for kids" when it isn't. I'm guessing it's because it features IRL cartoon Mickey Mouse but -- cartoons aren't just for kids. I'd really appreciate your help getting this fixed!
Signed, an adult who gives voices to cartoons 😉
Hey @YouTube@YouTubeCreators, my video was set to "made for kids". How is this possible when it falls within YouTube's guidelines for "General Audience Content" and analytics show an overwhelmingly ADULT audience!
Please fix this. Appeal was rejected. https://t.co/otJQ7OLANd
There was a wave of @TeamYouTube setting Pokémon vids to “made for kids” no matter what the content is. It’s happening again.
YouTube needs to fix their systems. Just because a game is appropriate for younger viewers DOES NOT mean the video itself is appropriate.
Please share.
Sonic Animated got marked for kids.
I put a lot of work into this project and love hearing from the community through the comment section. They help give me a moral boost, and the critiques can help me improve future episodes. So please @TeamYouTube remove the mark for kids.
This has been an absolute nightmare for Mikey. Sonic videos have become an unflushable poison for no reason after Movie 2 dropped & it's why I can't make any more. YouTube is pushing all Sonic videos to made for kids... Even the ones with swearing, violence, gore, or sex!
Some of my videos are starting to get marked by "made for kids" on YouTube too. Being an animator on YouTube is already an uphill battle and making Sonic cartoons could make it even harder.
If it's going to continue being issue then it's something I'm not interested in pursuing.
