@ChrisRohrbach1 @FOXSoccer It’s based on where the contact occurs. If the defender fouls the player on any body part that’s inside the box, it’s a PK. If it’s an outside part, it’s not (80% sure of this one). Gotta admit I’ve NEVER seen anything like this where the handball was inside but the body wasn’t.
