Drop by the Bayfront Adaptive Bike Hub between 12-1pm to try an adaptive bike! We'll have e-assist and pedal recumbent trikes and a side-by-side tandem trike available for demo rides. Look for a blue shipping container with a friendly octopus in the Bayfront Park parking lot.

Did you know that we have different pedal options at the Adaptive Bike Hub? Our heel support pedals provide more foot and ankle support. They have a solid foot platform with heel cups, oversized straps, and a counterbalance to keep the pedal upright for easier entry and exit.
Always a blast walking, riding, and rolling with Every Body Crew! We've been joining their meet ups in Gage Park every other Monday to offer adaptive bike access. EBC meets every Monday and Wednesday at 6pm between the greenhouse and the parking lot - we'll be there tonight!

Throwback to last week's blue skies and beautiful weather to ride in this photo from Full Circle Day Program! It may not be as sunny this week but we're still rolling at the Adaptive Bike Hub. Cloudy weather means cool and comfortable temperatures to ride.
Last week one of our adaptive riders got to take a ride in Gage Park with her two grandsons! Adaptive bikes create opportunities for social connection & enable people with different mobility needs to ride together 🚲
This month, @HamOntBikeShare expanded its service area to include the East End and added an additional 150 subsidized ride passes for low-income residents through its @Everyone_Rides_ Initiative.

We are very excited to have our Adaptive Bike Hub back for a third season. We’ve welcomed 3 new bikes to the fleet, 2 recumbent trikes and 1 recumbent e-trike. Adaptive bikes are available by appointment, free of charge, in Gage Park as part of the @Everyone_Rides_ equity program

Our new service area will soon expand east to Kenilworth Ave, with 5 new hubs to be installed between Ottawa St and Kenilworth Ave. The new hubs and service area boundary will appear in the SoBi app once they are live.
