9 years ago today, we lost the Kentucky Kid, Nicky Hayden. A world champion rider who was well loved in the MotoGP and Superbike paddocks, and popular amongst fans around the globe.

Gresini Racing has confirmed that the Spanish rider is currently set to miss the next to GP's in Italy and Hungary while he focuses on recovery.

The suit was designed in honour of his son Luca, who sadly passed away from cancer aged six.
