Earlier today, me and my wingmen embarked on tracking one useless boy wey dupe one of my client.
Deep inside the trenches of Ibadan, when we arrived at the loc, my device was showing that he's there but I don't know his identity.
So I told my boys say make we flood the venue.
Go to universities and higher institutions and see how many female students are quietly helping their broke boyfriends survive.
Using part of the allowance and stipends their parents sent for them just to support a man they love.
Buying food. Paying transport. Sending urgent transfers. Helping with handouts and projects. Even covering bills when the guy is stranded.
You all know this but hardly talk about it because you are too used to painting women as people who only collect from men.
🤷♂️
My man said something to me that really stuck.
He told me, “I’m not here to control you. I’m not your dad, I’m your partner. You’re free to make your own choices. Just understand that every choice has consequences. If you choose something that damages what we’ve built, that’s on you.”
He said, “I’ll always tell you when something hurts me or crosses a boundary, because that’s what healthy communication looks like. But if you keep stepping over the line after I’ve shown you where it is, then you were never really protecting us to begin with.”
And honestly, that’s what accountability in a relationship sounds like.
I’ve been in debt since 2024 (about 2M) and my creditor loves me because I have never failed to pay, but right now I do not have the capacity to carry on. (Today is January 14 and I have not received a single credit alert this year) And I have used all I have to settle my debt, I am 350k away from being debt free.
I have beans (a lot of it), I want to take orders for moi moi this Saturday, PLEASE if you’re in Ilorin try to place an order starting from today till Friday.
If you’re out of Ilorin, you can pls help me retweet. This will help me get started this year.
