@queertyyr I'm not now (largely due to transitioning) but I was for a long time. The local NHS wasn't affirming and tried to medicate my dysphoria from my mid-teens onwards. It only 'worked' in the sense that the side-effects became so severe that I just couldn't resist for a few years

From what I remember, I think RCGP has had this position since at least 2019? I think that part was even bolded in the previous version. It made the writers' disdain and agenda really, really obvious.

@fujomod3r I can see the cultural meaning and use of it for some people but... yeah. I find it alienating when people treat it as universal. I was always a vulnerable squishy yolk and my only 'shell' was claiming to desist after years of awful conversion efforts.
