2. One problem is the communication between everyone, "let's just exclude them, nothing will go wrong 🙂" I can already see the outcome. We need everyone to be there or else it will be a miscommunication like before. My help planners together are a nightmare 😞

My actual help planner, who was ill until now, called today after the boss of my help wrote a letter. What a coincidence 🤔. We're going to have a meeting with almost everyone to discuss this horrible situation. "If the nursing service won't come we'll have to do it without them"

I had a really bad panic attack tonight. I was laying on the floor, crying and hyperventilating for an hour. I can't do this anymore... please help :'(

I wrote my help planner an email saying no to the new person she is trying to force onto me as a new help. I already have people I trust and she knows about my social phobia. Still wanted my phone number though. Can't wait for an answer on monday... :/

I just got back from Physio. My help planner accompanied me to "see for herself that I need help"
She basically kept telling my help not to "interrupt and talk back in an unfitting tone" (she was the only one
talking in an unfitting tone) She treated us not like human beings.

4. They are being paid to help me, which clearly they do the opposite. My last help plan was created 3 years ago and, since there is no new one, still counts. She is not authorized to do these changes because I DID NOT AGREE OR SIGN ANYTHING. German help system :)))))

3. medical records. I have anxiety, depression and social phobia besides my physical condition.
She has never tried to contact me (which is her job) to come to an agreement with ME. Only 2 out of
my 5-8 appointments are covert and she refused to give an answer why.
