I have… questions. One of them is whether Resident Evil Veronica is effectively being treated as Resident Evil 5. There are plenty of newer fans who started with the RE Engine games, and I can easily see some of them assuming the “V” in Veronica stands for “5.”
With everything going on back home right now and barely getting any sleep because of the missile and drone interceptions near my place for the past month, I’m really not in the mood to do my usual April Fools joke this year. Sorry, guys.
The ongoing conflict between Iran and the US–Israel has been affecting the region, including the UAE, where I live, for the past few weeks. It’s been a lot to process, and honestly, it’s not an easy situation to live through.
I’ve been quiet lately because of everything happening where I live. Around 2am, there were missile interceptions right above my house, the explosions were loud enough to shake everything.
After much reflection, I have decided to resign from my position as Director of the National Counterterrorism Center, effective today.
I cannot in good conscience support the ongoing war in Iran. Iran posed no imminent threat to our nation, and it is clear that we started this war due to pressure from Israel and its powerful American lobby.
It has been an honor serving under @POTUS and @DNIGabbard and leading the professionals at NCTC.

After finishing RE Requiem twice, I’d say that it’s once again an amazing RE game but it sits below RE4, but stands above all RE Engined based RE games.
I like that it asks which perspective I want to use before heading to the main menu. For my first playthrough, I’m going fully third-person. That’s it from me for now, no more posts until the weekend.
To everyone doing their best to avoid spoilers, stay strong. It’ll be worth it. As for those intentionally trying to ruin the experience for others, please reconsider what you’re doing.
