I expect, reimbursement for the hotel I never got to use properly, and compensation for the physical + emotional ordeal caused by your mismanagement.

Part5: Even the seat I PAID for on my connecting flight to Johannesburg was given away.
Response from staff:
“Sorry, nothing we can do. Send an email.”
Part4: Now I have a 9-hour layover in Doha.
Qatar Airways’ response?
“Sorry, we don’t offer lounge or hotel access. You must purchase this yourself.”
After 12+ hours of suffering and sleeping on the floor, this is their “care.”
Part3:
❌ No food.
❌ No water.
❌ No communication.
❌ No compassion.
Passengers missed breakfast because we were too exhausted to get up in time.
This is not world-class service. This is inhumane.
Part 2: Timeline of Neglect:
🕕 6PM – Boarded gate
🕛 12:30AM – Flight finally cancelled
🕐 1AM-2AM – Standing, waiting for bags
🕑 2AM-4AM – Stranded outside, literally fighting for a bus
🕟 4:45AM – Arrive at hotel, told to share a room with a stranger
🛌 Slept on a cold floor
