Failing is not the big bad wolf many of us learned it is. Cast out the thoughts of those who tell you otherwise and surround yourself with those who embrace your journey.

Felt compelled to share that this morning (right before my workout).

I struggled with this when I was a kid and didn’t have a good role model to show me otherwise. Thankfully I’ve had many great mentors since then and the growth mindset I have now makes me thrive.
