"Callum built incredible relationships with staff and pupils and made sure he became an essential part of the team straight away. The experience he had already gained prior to becoming a #HealthMentor was invaluable to ensuring he had an impact right from the start" @Project_HERO
97% of children don't eat enough fruit or veg. Children who grow their own food are FIVE times more likely to eat it. Our work connects children with fresh food in a positive and engaging way. Healthy people, healthy planet.
Here’s a quick tip to help develop your resilience and increase the size of your stress bucket:
Whenever you’re feeling stressed, think about this:
1) is the issue significant?
2) does it require the importance that your survival brain has attached to it?

@MarkeatonSchool Wow! For a 11 year old to produce this is amazing. Lockdown has had its positives as well as negatives. It’s important for the children we celebrate the positives
