@cFIREsim Sounds about right. Even once I got onto support trying to get them to actually investigate was a challenge too. Maybe try the appeals form and see if that helps. Super sucky though, you'll definitely lose that ad rev. Maybe add some aff links or newsletter capture or something?

@cFIREsim Not the same because I was paying them but I have had issues with adwords flagging a site as hacked when it definitely wasn't and had to reach out for manual review - once they finally looked into it it was cleared up, so hopefully you have similar luck with this issue.

Update: I contacted the BBB and they reached out so now Expedia is refunding me. Never thought I'd actually use the BBB for anything or that it actually works, but I'm happy now lol

Still fighting with @Expedia 1 year later to get a refund. Error was on their part, support said they'd make it right then ghosted me. Now they have to "investigate" again? Absolutely ridiculous.

I'm out $600+ that I could have refunded on my travel ins. b/c of their negligence.

@MeghanJMJW Where do they find these kids? I didn't have a single rude kid at my door. One asked if he could have 2 packs of Pokemon cards and I said no and shooed him, but I knew him and that's how just his personality.

One of my kids is quite ND & had some issues, I hope folks were kind.
