🚨 EXCLUSIVE: Manchester City found guilty on virtually all charges relating to breaches of Premier League financial regulations. #MCFC expected to appeal against verdict issued by independent commission. Sanctions undecided, process ongoing @TheAthleticFC https://t.co/Muxqp4beK9
@JacobsBen 💯 that Southampton were expelled as this serves as a deterrent. Although I think Hull should get a couple of recordings of middlesborough’s training this week just for the inconvenience of having to prepare for new opposition 😉
@Ankaman616 Think the complete ineffectiveness and lack of movement to disrupt the compact back line of Japan from the forward players has made it look worse as a pair. They have one runner in the front 3 and he keeps coming to feet, compacting the space even more.
Anthony Gordon is such a low IQ footballer. England have been poor but he’s offered no threat or outlet in behind. He’s the only one on the field capable of doing it and he’s not offered any threat.
@Jon_Mackenzie Surely there’s a bit in the tifo/athletic budget for and in deep oop analysis of the Turkish Süper Lig. Say 6 month trip all expenses paid @JM_Devine?
@MrStephenHowson Rumours that the agent wants the bidding war, part of the reason Arsenal never offered money due to agent. Leipzig happy to do a deal. Bidding war surely means bigger fee for the agent. Agent’s playing chess, United should walk if the offer is rejected & not get involved in games
@htomufc The league is too quick for him. Seen it too many times when he has managed to control a ball, he then gets tackled or makes a poor pass as he holds onto the ball for too long. Biggest eye test is how many touches he has and how long it takes him before getting a shot off!
@AcademyScoop We still need goals desperately. We need a striker who is trusted to hold the ball and look after it, bring people into play but also get on the end of cut backs. Striker is still priority to stretch teams. Finish of sorting the attack then a midfielder will happily come to us!
@ronaldobrown_98 100% It’s probable Mainoo’s struggles have been down to age and body growth. Clearly he’s gained muscle and his frame seems larger compared to last year. The lad is 19 not fully physically developed, played a lot of football, it’s obvious he’d pick up muscle injuries this year.
Getting so bored of referees not being able to tell when players clearly decide to drop to the floor cos they've run out of ideas and know they'll get a freekick. So many weasels
@Malachians All the reasons stated for keeping McTominay are right, but he’s run his course at Utd. Good servant of the club and will always be welcomed back. Think people forget that by moving on a McTominay opens up minutes to the likes of Colleyer. Time to evolve and progress
