@tomgoom Continuum method your posting just poses a lot of ambiguity where the physiotherapist in their first 5 years lacks the experience to know if the athlete needs less load or less loading cycles. The 180 method is an easy way of reducing load in an athlete. Thoughts? Cycles vs load
