Sadly your predecessor supported staff being screwed over when their mental health was a struggle!

Do the HCPC actually support their registrants? No!
FTP hearings take YEARS & you leave these things hanging over them for years. Try supporting anyone - give it a go!

So how come LAS management don’t support their staff when their mental health breaks? Just abandon them? Why don’t you actually support your staff???

What has he done that was so great? Overseen dismissing & abandoning staff when their mental health deteriorates due to the work that they do!
He is a horrible person who has done nothing! He is a disgrace!

You fail your own staff when they need help most!

@danielelkeles why don’t you even seek to defend yourself or defend LAS? Is it the fear of being called out? The fear that you know you messed up?

You are all complicit - you were also involved in my mental health & did NOTHING to actually help or support!
