Do you believe a woman has a right to:

* Undress without a male being present?

* Request a female healthcare professional for intimate examinations and procedures?

* Know the sex of the person providing intimate care so that she can give informed consent?

* Be accommodated on a genuinely single-sex hospital ward when privacy, dignity or safety require it?

* Use a female-only toilet, shower or changing room without males being present?

* Have previous sexual trauma, religious beliefs and personal boundaries respected when receiving intimate care?

* Expect those rights to remain protected when she is at her most vulnerable — unconscious, confused, delirious, disabled, detained or unable to advocate for herself?

* Say no to intimate care involving a male without being characterised as prejudiced?

These are human-rights questions too.

Women in the NHS deserve to know your answers.

We find it disturbing that a man with such a poor record of supporting the rights of the female half of the population (he answered “No” when asked if women should have the right to single-sex facilities in hospitals, schools, refuges, and prisons and believes facilities should be gender-neutral) has been elected Chair of the Joint Committee on Human Rights.

How can a man who only supports the rights of the male half of the population be trusted to act without bias and to protect the rights of all, especially the most vulnerable?

Women have officially lost exclusive use of the word 'Woman' in Australia now.

Any reference to 'Women' in Australia, no matter the context, means 'Men and Women'.

Women's single sex spaces, sports and services are all now 'Men and women's single sex spaces, sports and services'.

My Team GB London 2012 team-mate @HallisseyC was robbed of 1st Female by a man today. This is at least the 3rd time he has robbed Claire of 1st Female. He runs races in the MALE category! Why can’t he do that in parkrun? Because @parkrunUK allows MEN in F cat. It’s a disgrace!🤬
