Guinsoo's Rageblade is geting out of hand.

In TFT set 16, lots of units can utilize this item really well, if not too well...

Good example would be Aatrox. His ability is not a fixed animation. Therefore his ability animation scales with atk speed. Some units work the same.

TFT Set 16 PBE nerfed Ryze unlock from 4 Regional Traits to 5 and it's still possible to play Ryze at level 8.

Main Units: Poppy, Vi, Xin Zhao, and Kennen

Can flex the last 4 units to fit Regional Traits with plus 1 Targon

Other Unlocks: Besides Rift Herald, you NEED Kobuko. He gives more Attack Speed to Kaisa and you will get him eventually just by playing Bruisers. Voli is a good upgrade and like Kobuko, you will get Voli eventually.

At level 9, put 3 items on Mundo to get Ziggz.

Early game: MUST play Kog and Void to unlock Rift Herald (quest is play Voids for 8 rounds).

Board: 6 Bruisers allow her to stack her ability. There are probably better ways to play this comp, but this is what I know for now. 2 Long shots gives Kaisa more damage (can play 3).
