This time it might backfire even worse than usual, Wesley knows, when he realizes he can't see the reflection of the chap in any of the mirrors and windows the club has.

Ignoring the, by now almost accustomed, jibe, Wesley peers into the darkness.

"I'm going to have to agree with you there and concur this jumping conclusion," he nods, as always using a plethora of words when one would have sufficed.

All he can do is try and see if she will accept his protection. And more importantly, his training lessen the chance of getting hurt and so she - -
