We are a group that promotes meditation and mindfulness on the basis of the scientific evidence behind them. We provide twice weekly sessions during term time.
Meditation sessions are over for this academic year and will recommence for the 2019-20 academic year. Further information will be released closer to the time. All the best in the future to those leaving us (myself included)! xo

Evening all,
Due to the committee being weighed down with exams, Monday sessions will sadly not run during this term. John's Thursday sessions will be running as normal, however, so please continue to go to those. Monday sessions will return next academic year. Thanks all!
Afternoon all, hope you've had a great Easter break. Some information regarding society sessions. Monday sessions will recommence as normal from 29 April. Thursday sessions with John will recommence on 9 May as normal. :)
