Great class Friday-this week we will use our ring toss-a great one to teach throwing accuracy, even more if it’s only to get the ring in the right direction!
Group Class this week Friday at 3:30pm! Space for our individual classes too-regularly on Thursdays!
Tail toss - a soft ball with a tail (helpful for distance and to catch) throwing as far and as high as possible. Kids get great enjoyment throwing this across the hall in class every Friday! #carlow
Another exercise from our group classes every Friday! Balloon Keep Up another one which can be done at home. Focusing on hand eye coordination and use of multiple body parts - hands, head, knees, feet. While also moving as fast as possible to keep the balloon up off the ground!

Class every Friday at 3:30pm for children with autism and their siblings!
Here’s another exercise from class - Hoop Jumps. We have loads of space to move around jumping/ walking through the hoop. Focusing on hand movements and gripping the hoop while jumping too!
Great class yesterday one of our exercises we done is bowling. A simple game to introduce at home and to improve hand eye coordination and repetition of the activity! Using cups and a ball to knock down as many as possible! You can book in by messaging me!
