the electricity generated does require immense water from fossil fuel plants tho. that's not even debatable. land use is not a false fear either. it's either destroying wildlife habitats or is right next to homes.

Also the data centers are overwhelmingly a consenting agreement between a property holder and a developer blocked by a 3rd party.
