The scheme supports events, festivals, and projects that promote community participation.

Essential tree works will begin in Northernhay Gardens on Tuesday 22 September following recent safety inspections.

The gardens will remain open, but some areas will be temporarily fenced off. Replacement trees will be planted this autumn and winter.

Shanties ahoy! Exeter’s Quayside Shanty & Heritage Harbour Festival is back tomorrow (Saturday 12 September).
