@Northpowergrid Anyone had any luck claiming compensation?
Went off many times over 3 days. Can't guarantee it won't go off again (on day 4 of do I have power today). I believe my freezer/fridge contents are spoiled. Advised to claim on insurance which I don't have.

It was off from about 4.30 till ~9pm, lasted 30 min. Off again wasn't on when I woke up
@Mafferick93@Northpowergrid@Mafferick93 I thought about this but, their records (sent via DM) seem to think they've restored power to my premises in a lot shorter time than they actually did. Not surprising. In one case they reckoned 20 minutes, I recon 10+ hours but, what do I know.
@Mafferick93@HastingsDirect@HastingsDirect That is pretty scummy. Just raising awareness to my followers/ investors don't used Hastings Direct. TLDR they cancelled his sisters insurance in 10 days and charged her £100 for the privilege

You also suggested she should’ve selected “counter staff” for job title. I’m not sure if you know how your website works? You need to type it in for it to appear. So if her actual job title of #Barista isn’t available she has to guess and hope it’s ok? @HastingsDirect@joelycett
