Dealing with Relationships and Emotions ππ«
People often say that they are lucky to be alive. Whilst the sentiment behind this saying is to be applauded, from an existential viewpoint, it is not enough. We want our existence to be good, to have our space in the world.
Dealing with Uniqueness and Conscience π€π₯
It is important to discover oneself, oneβs diversity, beauty, and uniqueness. This leads us to the fundamental question of being oneself. You must ask yourself if you can answer yes to this question: May I be like this?
Meaning-Dealing with becoming ππ
βWhy are we here?β To what end and for what good? I look around and see that in reality, everything is changing and I must question if there's a valuable outcome. We want to know that there is fulfillment and a fruitful result in our being here.
Fundamental Question of Life π€β¨
Do I like to live? It comes down to our relationship with life and whether we feel attracted to it or not and whether we can give our consent to live. In order to love our life, we need three things: relationships, time, and closeness.
On Thursday, we had another unique opportunity to hear Dr. Alfried Laengle (@Alfried4) giving a lecture in front of 50 people in the packed room at University College London (@UCL) ππ¬ Great audience! It was our pleasure to see so many of you there. #ExistentialAnalysis#London

Being in the World ππ
Have you ever wondered exactly where you are? How did we get here? When we look at this existence, we ask the fundamental question: I am β can I be? We need 3 prerequisites: space, protection, support so we can look at life as something to be experienced.
Dr Alfried Laengle (@Alfried4) explains the impact a psychotherapist, who has personal growth and development in oneself, has on the client π₯β€οΈπ§

Correlation of Feelings and Body πβ
How do you feel about your body? Would you say that you have a good relationship with it? The body is the basis of our feelings; our feelings need our body. If we see our feelings as being held by our body, then we can understand them.
Life and Relationships π
When viewing life, we view it as a form or engaging a relationship. Life and relationship are inextricably linked. Relationship is a big part of experiencing life and integral to emotionality, change and vitality.
Allowing the Like π
How strange is it to ignore the things you do like? We must nurture our like as it increases my power, meets my needs and heals my deficit. By allowing the like, we are gaining value and this is how we can feel good and truly improve our well-being.
Sensing and Communicating the Like π
A like has a force to it, if you can become aware of this force, this is a good start. If we allow this like into our everyday lives, at home or in our intimacy, we are going to start to notice the like. Sense and communicate it!
