@KPWASRIGHT@MrBusby4o8 Overlooked in national press & media*
You’re right about the tri-state’s love affair with Jay immediately.
He was the ultimate, if you know you know rapper in 96.
@MrBusby4o8@KPWASRIGHT Jay was overlooked, despite having a gold single and album in 3 months. He was indie.
Not quiet, because Ain’t No hit the Billboard Hot 100 and was on a soundtrack. Just a big year in rap and the first of like 5 straight years of rap dominating and ascending to the top.
@hunbred@Nanawusu002 He just performed at Roots Picnic and he did I Know and Roc Boys.
Also, what an idiotic way to decide if an album is a classic or not.
LISTEN to the album.
No, he hasn’t.
Drake fans are mad at Jay Z for selecting Kendrick as the halftime performer.
NOW Drake fans that didn’t pay attention to Jay Z are being hypercritical & hyper focused and all they know is Drake.
Jay did everything before Drake did ANYTHING.
@LouisSummer_Jr Jay Z doesn’t care about Drake, no matter how many times Drake pays for weak posts like this.
None of this garbage posting resonates past this cesspool.
@keepitabuck_4L@DuffJuice30 Jay Z fans do not care about Drake.
Jay already did it all and stopped caring. He hasn’t dropped a solo album in 9 years, his career started over 30 years ago and somehow “the biggest artist ever” and his fans are OBSESSED with Jay Z.
Go bother Kenny and Pusha T & lose again…
@tkeela13@KingWow Anyone is spending more than $1,500 to source unopened copies of all 12 online.
Dynasty is hard to get, as is Magna Carta Holy Grail right now. 4:44 is impossible to get and it’s the first pressing.
AG is expensive on discogs.
Some New York record stores have a lot of these.
