@BritniDWrites No, let me help you understand. Virginia’s own SC ruled the election violated its’s own Constitution. The SCOTUS declined to take the case due to the nature of it being a State’s Rights case. The Alabama case was a federal case that was in response to SCOTUS’s recent ruling
