This tree, that is situated just outside our woodland area, is a source of delight to a group of girls who are certain that fairies live it in... “I’ve checked in my fairy book and there definitely are fairy windows and a door up there....” #fairies #innocence #specialtrees

Only one pupil is paying attention.

Here’s some good news if you’re a gardener, hedgehogs are known as a 'gardener's friend' as they eat all the insects that nibble on our much loved plants.

Have you spotted anything snuffling around your outside space?

[National Trust @nationaltrust]

Noticing nature where you are can be as easy as opening a window, or stepping out onto your front step.

For urban-dwellers, getting up early or keeping an ear out in the evening can help to keep in touch with the wildlife around you.
