@LikkLeague @RiotPhroxzon @RiotAugust agree, buying DnD is basically throwing out 1.1k gold for hp and a worse sheen proc just to get 20% attackspeed to compensate the passive nerfs (still missing about 20% AS) after DnD nerfs

Hi @RiotPhroxzon ,
i need you to look into kayle, she feels very underwhelming for the power she gets at 16 and what you have to do to reach that point. Kayle gets outscaled by most Mages / Assassins and any champ that buys Death´s Dance.

these changes wouldnt shift to much power into her early and would make her scale alot better. Then at least she would get status as "Scaling" champ, cause currently the only thing that makes her "scale" is her passive which tbf is underwhelming compared to other champs (4/4)

If you would ask me how and what to change it would either be change the passive back to 0.5% attackspeed per 100AP or 0.25% per 100AP and if you dont want to tune her passive either completly revert her Q nerfs (last 2) or just revert the base dmg on her Q
